By accessing or using Lassil ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. These terms apply to all users including individuals and businesses.

2. Description of Services

Lassil provides business formation and legal administrative services including LLC and corporation formation, registered agent services, EIN / Tax ID applications, annual report filings, and business compliance management. We act as a document preparation and filing service and are not a law firm. Our services do not constitute legal advice.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Payments and Fees

All fees are listed on our pricing page. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Service fees are non-refundable once a filing or order has been submitted to the relevant state authority or agency. Government filing fees paid on your behalf are non-refundable under any circumstances.

For subscription services, you may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information required for filings
• Promptly respond to requests for additional documentation
• Maintain compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws
• Not use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose

6. Processing Times

Estimated processing times are provided as a guide only. Actual times depend on the relevant state agency and are outside our control. We are not liable for delays caused by government processing backlogs, holidays, or incomplete information provided by you.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lassil shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business interruption, arising out of or relating to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Lassil and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our written permission.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, harmful, or abusive behavior. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
